In an effort to handle parts inquiries in the most efficient

selection for most of the machines we sell. These
parts will need to be ordered online as our
call center is not trained to handle parts orders over the phone at this time. Another reason is the need for a paper trail.
With over 5,000 parts in stock, we must maintain a written record
of all parts inquiries.
Please keep in mind that we normally sell parts for espresso
machines we sell. We also have some parts for machines we do not
sell - these are limited to what is on our web site. In the majority
of cases, we do not sell parts for machines not listed on our
web site. In addition, due to the volume of requests our primary
focus is to supply parts for customers who purchased their espresso
machines from us. Jura and Capresso do not sell parts to its authorized
retailers or distributors, and these are not available from 1st-line.
In the event that you do not see the part you need, we ask that
you email us at sales@1st-line.com or use our online form, which you can reach by clicking HERE.
We will assist to see if we have the part(s) available. If you
need a part that is not listed online, we will either place it
online for ordering or fax ordering instructions will be provided.
In the event we do not have the part in stock, we may require
a non-credit card deposit to special order the part for you.
