The above adjustment wheel is
removable so as to access the grinding chamber for cleaning. The small,
removable black handle is used to micro-adjust the grind setting.
The screw next to the handle and located on the top of the grind wheel
(between numbers 6 and 1) limits the movement of the adjustment wheel
to about 340 degrees. The screw can be removed to increase the range.
The screw inset between number 2 and 3 is utilized to hold the hopper
in place.
