After thirty days, gourmet coffee beans begin to attain the same flavor as supermarket coffee. (Yuck!) On the flip side, green coffee beans can last up to one year and can be purchased 30-40% cheaper than roasted coffee. Longer shelf life and lower cost -- Do we need to say more?

The roast setting can be adjusted to roast green coffee beans from Light Cinnamon Roast to Light French Roast. This allows you to change the roast to your own desire! 8 oz of green coffee beans can be roasted per cycle with the chaff removed and with immediate cooling to avoid bitter or burnt coffee beans!

The operation is simple - open the lid, remove the roasting drum, pour the proper amount of green coffee beans into the roasting drum, place the drum on the drive wheel, place the lid, select the desired roast setting, and press the START button. Ohhh! Don't forget to plug in the unit...
