Ever wonder if there is a better coffee out there? Well, we are always in that pursuit of the perfect coffee that is pleasing to the palatte without adding that bitterness to the espresso. One day, a gentleman, named Larry, arrived with some samples to try. Like other coffee samples, we just threw them in the superautomatic espresso machine in our office. After sharing this with walk-in customers, our customers were asking if we sold this coffee as it offered a rich, intense taste as a straight espresso and was a superb complement to a cappuccino. The aroma is well-balanced.

After finishing the samples, we contacted Bristot Caffe for additional samples so that some of our cuppers could try. Our cuppers truly felt this would be a great coffee that is on par or even better than Illy Caffe. However, the Bristot Caffe costs much less than the comparable Illy Caffe which costs about $20 per pound. The only request we made was that the coffee be packaged in half kilo (1.1 pound) bags instead of the kilo (2.2 pound) bags that had been provided. Since other Italian coffee companies were hesitant to offer smaller packaging, we were surprised to see that Bristot Caffe followed through with the smaller packaging. Hence, we are proud to offer their Classico blend for your pleasure.
